This year at First Wednesday we’ll go through how to study the Bible in smaller chunks. We are currently learning how to do a Word Study.

 

Knowing that “justification” means just as if I never sinned is fine. That’s a definition. But that does not do justice to the depth, nuance and spiritual insight of that word. That is why doing a word study is so important - there is more depth to be mined and more spiritual insight than you can imagine in the words of the Bible! Come on First Wednesdays to Understand the Bible better!
